  • 1 Tbsp. dried leaves and flowers from the hawthorn plant (10 grams)

  • 1 tsp. tila sapwood (10 grams)
  • 1 c. water (250 mL)
Directions
  1. Pour the teaspoon of tila into the cup of water, and steep for 15 minutes.
  2. Once ready, strain with a colander and drink.
  3. Drink two cups a day.
4. Rosemary infusion

Rosemary’s nutritional properties are used to stimulate the central nervous system and improve blood circulation.

  • 1 tsp. rosemary (10 grams)
  • 1 c. water (250 mL)
Directions
  1. Bring the cup of water to a boil, then soak the herb for 10 minutes.

5. Ginger and cayenne pepper infusion

Ginger root is another great ally for controlling low blood pressure, thanks to its ability to improve circulation and its anti-coagulant effect.

  • 3 Tbsp. grated ginger (30 grams)
  • 1 tsp. ground cayenne pepper (5 grams)
  • 1 c. water (250 mL)
Directions
  • Start by bringing the water to a boil. Then add the cayenne pepper and grated ginger.
  • Remove from heat. Steep for 10 minutes, then drink.
  • Drink one or two cups a days until your blood pressure is controlled.
6. Salt water

Excessive salt consumption leads to fluid retention and hypertension. But drinking a small amount can be useful for hypotension.

Directions
  • 1 glass water (200 mL)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (1.2 grams)
Directions
  • Dilute the pinch of salt in the glass of water, then drink.
  • Do not drink for more than 5 days.
  • It’s crucial to see your doctor if you suffer from frequent episodes of hypotension.
